The Co-op Program: Member Faculty
Reena E. Parambath is Director of the Co-op Program and an Associate Teaching Professor. Reena comes with a diverse set of experiences that make her well-equipped to work with students and our co-op partners in the initial stages of the co-op program. She has been a partner at the law firm of Rawle & Henderson, and an Assistant City Solicitor in the Philadelphia Law Department.
Patricia A. Daly is an Auxiliary Assistant Professor of Co-operative Education who has spent the majority of her career working in the Pennsylvania Superior Court. As the deputy clerk for the Honorable Phyllis W. Beck for over 14 years, Professor Daly drafted legal opinions, co-wrote a number of scholarly articles, and mentored new lawyers and summer interns. She also instructed law clerks statewide on ethical issues in judicial chambers.
Tracye Edwards is an Auxiliary Assistant Professor of Co-operative Education at Earle Mack School of Law. Her professional experience has been focused on counseling business operations within in-house legal environments. For several years, Professor Edwards was counsel to the sports and entertainment business of ARAMARK Corporation, a leader in the managed services industry with its headquarters in Philadelphia. She also counseled Fairmount Park, which is the citywide park system of Philadelphia.
