Career Strategies Office: Student Services
The Career Strategies Office offers our students a variety of resources and tools to help them identify and prepare for legal careers and find jobs in their areas of interest. These include:
- Individual career counseling
- Recruitment programs
- Assistance in creating effective and powerful resumes and cover letters
- Interview training and a mock interview program
- Job fairs, mentoring programs and year-round programs on career and professional development.

NALP General Principles & Standards
The National Association for Law Placement (NALP) was organized in 1971 to promote the exchange of information and cooperation between law schools and employers. In order to advance those interests, NALP has developed "Principles and Standards for Law Placement and Recruitment Activities." The Career Strategies Office adheres to these general principles and standards.
In accordance with the policy of Drexel University, the Career Strategies Office prohibits discrimination against individuals on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability, status as a veteran or special disabled veteran or gender identity and expression. The facilities and programs sponsored by the Career Strategies Office are available only to employers whose practices are consistent and in agreement with this policy.
