Fall On-Campus Interview Program

The Fall On-Campus Interview Program (OCI) begins in August and lasts through October. Fall OCI is open to all second- and third-year law students; however, most participating employers are seeking second-year students for summer employment.

Special note for first-year law students: In accordance with NALP General Principles and Standards, prospective employers and first-year law students should not initiate contact with one another, and employers should not interview or make offers to first-year students, before December 1.

Spring On-Campus Interview Program

Early in the spring semester, the Career Strategies Office sponsors a smaller recruitment program for employers seeking to recruit first-, second- and third-year law students. Off-Campus Recruiting Programs

We are a member of the Greater Philadelphia Area Law School Consortium (GPALS), a group of seven Philadelphia-area law schools that includes the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Penn State University Dickinson School of Law, Rutgers School of Law -Camden, Temple University Beasley School of Law, Villanova University School of Law and Widener Law.

GPALS holds three major job fairs through the year in which students from all member schools can participate. All GPALS job fairs are operated through the GPALS Symplicity Site. Students only need to register once to participate in all three GPALS job fairs:

GPALS Philadelphia Area Job Fair (2Ls, 3Ls): October
Students submit resumes July - August on the GPALS Symplicity site

GPALS Public Interest/Public Service Job Fair (PIPS) (1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls): February
National, regional and Philadelphia-area public interest employers. Register in December/January on the GPALS Symplicity site

GPALS Washington, D.C. Job Fair (2Ls, 3Ls): September
Students submit resumes July - August on the GPALS Symplicity site
