Dean Roger Dennis was quoted in "Condom Companies Battle Over Retail Displays," an article published by the San Francisco Chronicle highlighting alleged violations of state and federal antitrust laws by a New Jersey-based condom manufacturer.
Dean Dennis, whose scholarship applies modern financial theory to corporate law and strategic corporate behavior, served as a trial attorney and special assistant to the assistant attorney general in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
