Peter J. Egler, Head of Research and Instructional Services of the Legal Research Center, was published in the Winter 2011 issue of Perspectives: Teaching Legal Research and Writing.
His article "Using Congressional Committee Prints for Research" explains the origin and purpose of committee prints, discusses their research uses, and reviews how to access them.
