Lawtech Student Support Services
What we provide for students:
Lawtech provides assistance to students for general computing issues (accounts, wireless connectivity, computer viruses, Drexel software downloads) and law school specific services or applications (including Exam software, Sharepoint, Blackboard vista). We do not perform hardware upgrades or replacement. We also cannot contact your hardware vendor on your behalf for warranty issues.
Note: Students are responsible for ensuring that their data is safely backed up elsewhere. We will try to assist students in backing up class related data, but we are not responsible for lost or omitted data.
Walk-In hours for Students:
Held in Room 108 of the law school building, 4 to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday during regular semesters (excludes exam weeks, term breaks)
Requesting appointments for support:
If you are unable to make the walk-in hours, you can e-mail lawtech@drexel.edu to request an appointment. Please provide your availability over a couple days as same day appointments may not be available.

The IRT help desk can assist with general computing issues (accounts, wireless connectivity, computer viruses, Drexel software downloads) but cannot assist with law school specific services or applications. They cannot assist with the Exam software used by the law school.
