OSA Announcements


May Graduation

Students who intend to graduate in May should apply for their degree through DrexelOne by Friday, February 1. Go to the Student Records section, click “More Bannerweb Student Records,” and then “Apply for Your Degree.” Students who intend to graduate must have all work finished by 5:00 PM on the last day of exams, unless an exam conflict deferral has been granted. All other exceptions must be granted by the Dean. Please note that this year's Commencement ceremony will be held on Friday, May 17, 2013.

Important Policy Reminder!

For your own security, PLEASE remember to use your Drexel email in any communication about your records. Examples are registration changes, transcript requests, and information about your grades. We ask that you initiate contact from your Drexel email, and all record-related replies will be sent to your Drexel email.

Summer Work Study Law Program

An information session for law students interested in participating in the Earle Mack School of Law’s 2013 Summer Work Study Program will be held on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 from Noon until 1:00 p.m. in Room 240.

Use of Classroom Technology


Policy Announcement

Students are NOT permitted to use the technology in the classrooms, i.e. podium, computer, and screen.  We are happy to provide assistance when holding meetings or events arranged pursuant to the Event Scheduling Procedures.

The only exceptions are the Dean Scholars and Bar Prep course administrators who receive formal training from our IT staff.

Failure to comply will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.

BARBRI Bar Talk

We are pleased to announce that BARBRI Regional Vice President, Dale Larrimore will give a Bar Talk at Drexel Law on Tuesday, February 5 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Room 301. Mr. Larrimore will give an overview of the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and the BARBRI review program. He will also discuss financial aid available to EMSOL students. BARBRI provides a bar review course in all 50 states, so come with all of your bar prep questions. After the talk, please stop by the BARBRI table on the second floor of the law school to discuss financial aid and available BARBRI course discounts.
